I&amp;#39;m not saying your hitting menopause! It&amp;#39;s just that your body rhythms change. Some women get worse cramps and longer periods, while others get no cramps (after years of agonizing pain) and two-day periods. I wouldn&amp;#39;t worry too much about it.
