18 and Over

I recently received an e-mail from Jenn over at Eden Fantasy's inviting me to try a few products and share my thoughts. She must have been reading my posts about how much I miss dating.

Couldn't say yes fast enough!

The biggest problem was picking the item I wanted to try. It's a whole different ballgame when you're picking out something for yourself versus when you buy a product to share with a partner. The desired outcome is just a little bit different. While I wouldn't necessarily say selfish but definitely more self orientated.

Therefore I bypassed all the usual things you buy when you're in a relationship, the massage oils, the outfits, the rings, ya da, ya da and went straight for the ole faithful. I know where I'm shopping for the next bridal shower I host. But I finally settled on a product.  The mini rocket. What can I tell you, I have teens in the house. I need something I have some hope of hiding. Let's face it the giant dildo from hell just isn't going to be that easy to hide.

Before I tell you about the toy I just have to give Eden Fantasy's props. Talk about discreet delivery. No one in the house knew what it was based on the packaging, not the mailman, not the kids, no one. Now while I wouldn't necessarily have the package delivered to the office (well unless you own the office and can guarantee no one else is opening your mail) you really could and no one would have the faintest idea.

As far as the toy goes. It's lovely. Fairly quiet, can't really hear it through a closed door or the paper thin walls residential houses seem to be made of these days. It's small, discreet, can be tucked away just about any where and is a nice start to some alone time. Unless you are already warmed up the toy isn't going to get you all the way there but it's a great start or finish depending. It's just not going to replace the shower massager (Ken) or as I like to call it- the sure thing.

So apparently this was my clue that I need to stop wussing out and step up to the plate. After all if you can't see to your own satisfaction how can you expect anyone else to.

I'd like to end this post with more to come but that just seems too easy.
